Research into Twitter Sentiment toward Netflix

Twitter is an important marketing tool for companies and organizations, but there is also a very real public opinion presence which can influence the perceptions of all those who use the social media platform. Not only can it be used for marketing, but also as a measuring tool for general sentiment of a product or service, so long as it is important enough to be talked about.

Netflix is a company which benefits from online social media, as it exists online as well. Here are some of the results from a study done in an attempt to measure positive and negative sentiment on various aspects of Netflix.
